There are lots of ways to get involved and make a difference in your community or the world.  There are thousands of people around the would that are suffering who could benefit from the generosity and compassion of strangers.  Just one dollar or one hour of your time can make a difference.  Here are links to some of my favorite causes:

National Multiple Sclerosis Society and its network chapters provide support for those living with MS and promote research to end the devastating effects of MS.
